Returns

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made products (including specific sizes or designs) are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect or an error in the order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or was incorrectly sent.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Important Fabric Information

Please note that the fabric must be pre-washed before cutting and sewing, as natural shrinkage may occur. This fabric is 100% cotton and may naturally have light surface pilling or fuzzing, which is normal for cotton fabrics.

These characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered under the return policy or warranty.

Warranty

Our products come with a 3-month (90-day) warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Stitching defects
  • Fabric quality issues related to manufacturing defects
  • Other manufacturing defects

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Improper washing
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Natural fabric characteristics such as cotton texture, light pilling, or shrinkage if the fabric is not pre-washed before sewing
